General Sales Policies
Currently, our customers are expected to meet a minimum individual order amount of $600.00 with a minimum annual net purchase amount of $10,000. All orders are shipped in case quantities only - orders for single items or sub-boxes cannot be processed.
If you do not meet the above qualifications, but would still like to purchase our products, please call our customer service department at (616) 243-2443. We will gladly refer you to a distributor in your area that can assist you with smaller order sizes.
Customer Information
In order to best serve you, we would like to know a little about your company and the customers you serve. To speed up this process, we offer an on-line customer information form. In addition, if you would like to apply for credit terms, there is also an on-line credit application.
Completing on-line forms
Both customer information form and the credit application are PDF (portable document format) forms designed to be completed on-line, printed, and faxed to MIT. When you click on the links (in red) below, the forms will automatically open in Adobe Acrobat Reader, a software package included with most personal computers.
Once the document opens in Adobe Acrobat, information can be entered. Choose the “hand” icon from the tool bar at the top of the page. Move the mouse to the first blank and click. Enter information. Use Tab key to move to each successive field. To check boxes, click on desired box with mouse pointer.
Once you have entered all information, print out the form. Fax the form to Michigan Industrial Tools. The faxing instructions are at the top of each form.
